RJAF'S INVESTMENTS

At the turn of the century, the RJAF adopted a In 2004, the idea was born to establish an air
new approach to generate profit and support the freight company, Jordan International Air Cargo
Air Force's budget: commercial investment in (JIAC), as a contribution by the RJAF to the
various fields. The beginning was with aircraft aviation industry in Jordan and another source

JAC

JAC is a certified maintenance organization
specialized in aircraft maintenance, repair and
overhaul (MRO) and approved by Jordan Civil
                      Aviation Regulatory Commission.

In 2003, JAC was registered as a private Free Zone
Corporation completely owned by RJAF operating
on commercial basis on C-130 Aircraft. It is located
in the vicinity of Amman Civil Airport, which is
also used by the RJAF as a military airport.

Its scope of operation has expanded over the
years to include new types of planes and more
maintenance services. In 2009, for example, JAC
added new services and capabilities to include
                      B737-300/400/500 (Classic) aircraft, a strategic
step to increase its customer base and capture
new market opportunities. Three years later,
JAC became an approved Augusta AW-139
Aircraft service center and in 2016, it started
providing line maintenance support at Queen
                      Alia International Airport, covering customers'
requests related to daily and weekly inspection.
JAC prides itself in the fact that it is one of the few
MROs in the world that provide services to both
                      military and civil aircraft.
