The 7th Helicopter Squadron is the other component of the Air Lift Wing at King Abdullah I Air Base in Amman. It flies Super Puma, Blackhawks VIP, S-70 and Eurocopter EC635.

It was formed on February 26, 1973 (upgraded from a flight in the 3rd Squadron) and has flown the Allouette III, S76 and Hughes 500D. Its duties include light and medium air lift.
