Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah Wing For Aerial Reconnaissance

The Wing is the RJAF's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) arm.

Established in 2016, mainly through merging squadrons, the ISR wing is adjacent to King Abdullah II Air Base. It consists of four squadrons, in addition to Sahl Nsab Group, which operates CH4B unmanned air vehicle (UAV), the signature aircraft among the ISR fleet.

It includes another UAV, the Austrian-made S-100 for precision targeting, operated by the 9th Squadron. The 15th Squadron operates Cessna Caravan, used exclusively for ISR, while the 25th Squadron's Air Tractor has been modified/weaponized to do the dual job of reconnaissance and combat.

The newly introduced Casa 235 is operated by the 32nd Squadron in low-threat environments. This platform has the capability to carry heavy ammunition.
